Roki Vulovic is a Bosnian Serb singer who mainly sang Serbian propaganda songs during the Bosnian war. His songs have gained popularity in the west as of late, although why I am not sure. The music is a product of its time, and listening to it is a way to make light of what was actually a very dark period in Balkan history. Roki still holds prejudice against the Croats to this day. I should probably educate myself more on Balkan and ex-Yugoslavian history, but I know it's very complicated. Anyway, here is one of his more popular songs. It's a song praising a Serbian commander.
